Processing & Shipping
Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing and shipping.
Orders are completed in the order they are received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Repairs & Touch-Ups
•Within 30 days of delivery: free repairs for any craftsmanship-related issues (customer covers shipping)
•After 30 days: repairs and touch-ups may be available for a small fee (customer covers shipping)
